Services:

  • Highly motivated staff, trained to handle and supervise all property management needs. 
  • We utilize progressive and economically sound marketing procedures that will guarantee you the best results to insure your property is being advertised to the maximum potential. 
  • Monthly rents are collected on time and deposited daily into a Real Estate Trust Account.  Late fees are strictly enforced.
  • We maintain accurate records, with easy-to-read monthly reports which are sent out to owners by way of email or U.S. mail. 
  • We promptly remit payment for all monthly billings, such as utilities, gardeners, mortgage payments, taxes and insurance.
  • We send you the current month's rent payment at the end of each month.
  • Yearly financial reports sent with owners 1099's. 
  • Direct deposit available.
  • Emailing of owner statements available.           

Maintenance & Property Inspections:

A move-in inspection is performed when tenants move-in to a unit.  A move-in checklist is provided noting the condition of the property, and is signed by both the resident and staff member.  A move-out checklist is also completed with the staff member prior to move-out to give the tenant chance to perform any needed repairs.  A final inspection is performed after tenant returns keys.

Periodic drive by inspections and semi annual inspections performed.

With our own in-house maintenance crew at a much cheaper cost than other companies, we strive to keep your expenditures to a minimum.
